In the magnificent Hall of the Quartier des Serres of Domaine de Labourdonnais, an enchanting place where nature and spirituality blend harmoniously.
This unique Kundalini and Gong bath session will offer you a deep reconnection to your spiritual essence , harmonizing body and mind in a flow of positive vibrations.
You will have the opportunity to disconnect from your mind, to elevate yourself and travel in an atmosphere of inner peace.
After this spiritual immersion, extend your inner journey by enjoying a detox & vegetarian cocktail dinner in an atmosphere of well-being and conviviality.

5:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Welcome & presentation of the experience
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Immersion in a revitalizing Kundalini Yoga session, followed by gong bath sound therapy for deep relaxation & disconnection.
8:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Share a detox & vegetarian cocktail dinner.
To optimize your comfort during this experience, remember to bring comfortable clothing, a blanket, a cushion and an eye pillow if you wish for total relaxation during the gong bath session.
