It was designed by Sentara Holistic’s founder, Mayia Alleaume, to offer Gua Sha massage enthusiasts the best combination of experience quality, versatility, and effectiveness.
To clean your Gua Sha, you can use a cloth slightly dampened with mineral water and soap.
You can also cleanse it energetically with the smoke of Sacred Sage or Palo Santo.
To recharge it with positive energy, place your tools and/or crystals either under the full moon's rays overnight or in sunlight for a few hours, taking care not to alter their color.
