The oval yoga bolster, used in Iyengar schools, offers a wider support area and a lower height compared to a cylindrical yoga bolster. Its flat shape makes it easier to store. Like the cylindrical bolster, the oval bolster features a removable cover with a small zipper for easy maintenance.
High-quality and ideal for relaxation postures, shoulder support, or recovery. The cover with a handle is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton. The filling consists of organic spelt balls certified by LACON INSTITUT. The spelt filling is firm and enclosed in a 100% organic cotton cover in natural colour.
